Random quote: "War is a way of shattering to pieces, or pouring into the stratosphere, or sinking in the depths of the sea, materials which might otherwise be used to make the masses too comfortable, and hence, in the long run, too intelligent." - George Orwell

Wow, quite a few of us have finished this challenge and a fair number that are close to the finish. yay!!! Hey, even if you weren't close, you at least tried a couple new series, so success!

Here is my prognosis for the rest of the series I started this year.
Farseer Trilogy - finished the trilogy
Bill The Galactic Hero - I will at least read the next.
Diskworld - currently on book 10 (great series!)
Crystal Singer - finished the trilogy
Forever War trilogy - Iffy. I liked it, but my library doesn't have the audiobook.
Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy - Happy to stop at book 1.
Iron Druid - I finished book 3 and it's starting to lose my interest.
Ringworld - This is the only one that is iffy. If the followups are short, I'll probably read them.
Brain Ships - I'm a Anne McCaffrey fan, so I'm sure I will finish this series (5 I think) when I can find them.
Stainless Steel Rat - Have these in audiobook and plan to listen to the other 9.
Sword of Shannara - this is a reread of this series in audiobook. I'll be listening to the rest of the series.
